Thank you for shopping with Yaksha by Sreelekha. We strive to provide high-quality women's and Kid's wear and ensure every order reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • You receive an incorrect product.

Returns will not be accepted for any other reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Colour or design preference.
  • Delay caused by courier services after dispatch.
  • Minor variations in colour due to screen or lighting differences.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

  • The unopened package with the shipping label visible.
  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • The damaged or incorrect product received.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A clear unboxing video.
  • Photos of the product (if requested).

After verification, our support team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, Yaksha by Sreelekha will bear the return shipping cost.

Please do not return any product without receiving confirmation from our support team.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days through the original payment method used during checkout, wherever applicable.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully placed.
