Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 5 working days after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during festivals, sales, or other peak periods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, it is usually delivered within 3 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Will I receive tracking details for my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details via the contact information provided during checkout so you can monitor your shipment.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Cashfree, including:
- UPI
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods.
Is it safe to make payments on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree payments, a trusted payment gateway that uses industry-standard security and encryption to protect your payment information.
Returns & Refunds
When can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product during transit, or
- You receive the wrong product.
For all return requests, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
Do you offer exchanges or order cancellations?
No. We currently do not offer exchanges, and orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once your return request is approved and the returned product is verified, your refund will be processed within 3 working days through the original payment method used during checkout.
