OUR STORY

It began with a simple belief.

At Yaksha by Sreelekha, we saw beautiful fabrics everywhere and beautiful designs everywhere. Yet finding clothing that felt truly right for a woman’s style, personality and occasion remained surprisingly difficult.

Too ordinary. Too similar. Or simply not you.

We believed women deserved better. Yaksha was born from a love for Indian textiles, handcrafted artistry and the belief that clothing should celebrate the woman wearing it, never ask her to change for it.

Why “Yaksha”?

In Indian tradition, a Yaksha symbolises beauty, mystery, prosperity and timeless elegance. That became our inspiration.

We wanted every outfit to hold the same feeling: the richness of heritage with the ease of modern dressing, graceful enough for tradition, comfortable enough for today and elegant enough to be remembered.
